Sessions 

The first session runs two hours.  This session is divided into three parts:

1st Part - Intake of information.  This includes the gathering of any relevant information which will enable the client to achieve his / her goals.

2nd Part - Hypnosis is throughly explained and all the client's questions and concerns are addressed.  Works of fiction, film and stage create the belief that hypnosis is akin to magic or the like.  The client will come to understand that the "magic" resides within the power of their own mind.

3rd Part - When the client is truly ready and excited to get started, he or she will be comfortably and easily guided to this wonderful and relaxing state known as hypnosis.

Any subsequent session runs one hour.  Each session is custom -tailored to the individual needs of the client.
